I have been going here for 2 years, every week. I asked them why all of a sudden 4 of my shirts are not lining up with the buttons and they told me to find another cleaner. Don't take your business to this place, they don't care about the customers.nnEdit: In response to their posting, they told me at the front counter to go away and find another cleaner, which I have done. It would appear that your presser shrank 4 of my shirts, consistently on one side of the shirt, all of which were pressed in the same week by your shop.nnThe biggest issue I have is with your attitude at the counter, which does not match what you have written in your reply below.nnAs stated - DO NOT TAKE YOUR GARMENTS HERE! They won't help you if there is a problem. Very disappointed!
My first time there and I was impressed with the service. Everything was done exactly as I had requested. My clothes were also ready for pickup on time. I had forgotten to tell them about a button that had come off my jacket until I was there to pick them up. The owner asked me if I was able to wait and quickly attached the button. Definitely give them a try.
LOVE THIS PLACE! Been coming here once every couple weeks for at least 1 year. The family is hardworking. Needless to say they do a GREAT job every time!
