Washer and dryer were having issues. They came out in a very timely manner and quoted a fair price, did not try to price gouge. Super nice, considerate and very very quick. I've never heard my dryer sound as good as it does now, will definitely recommend!

Paid $160 for parts to repair oven back in February 2020. Have been calling since then to get a repair date and no response. No parts, no service, no call-back, no voicemail.

Bait and Switch. Our washer was having issues so we called to see if it could be repaired. They came to the house and said that we needed a part that would solve the problem. We had to prepay for them to order the part - $369.nThey came back a week later and said there was too much damage and the new part could not fix the problem. We would have to spend an ADDITIONAL $800 to fix the washer but they would give me a $100 credit for the $369 I already spent.nThey never once said the part might not fix the problem. If they had, we would have just paid the service call fee and bought a new washer. Who would gamble $300 that a part might work??nnWe said we would not put more money into the washer and told them to take the part they ordered and we wanted a refund for the part they could not use. We were more than willing to pay the $80 service call but they said there would be no refund because they could not return the part once they took it out of the box.nnThese people are crooks. We paid for a part that did not fix the problem and had to buy a new washer. Do not use them. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

We called American Appliance last night after hours and they scheduled an appointment for this morning. After they got to the house 5 minutes early with a heads up call about being early Craig went right to work on my wall oven. He was very fast and efficient explained everything to me and other than the control board price I was so very pleased to find an honest company with great communication skills. I will definitely be using this company from here on out. Thank you Craig!

Refrigerator wasn't cooling. Called these guys, were there same day. Very knowledgeable, gave me a rundown on how the internal components interact and then identified a failed heater. Had the part on hand and replaced immediately. Fair price and quick work. Lifesavers.
