Usually when I go to this laundromat I have a pleasurable experience. Today, I did not. While adding laundry aids to the machine I was using there was a spill. I was treated rather coldly by the attendant/manager of the establishment. This continued even after my offer to help her clean up the spill. However, what I did notice was when said attendant was engaging with customers of her own race, the attendant's personality began to sparkle and bubble. I found then and still find her behavior to be UNACCEPTABLE.nnJust to reinforce my point, I came back later on the same day and my reception and treatment was TOTALLY different by the attendant that was working. Very pleased this time around.

Great service provider! Takes care of all my laundry needs quickly and efficiently, they even text me when it's done. Laundry is folded and bagged; bedding is returned in a sealed, clear holder. Dale is cheerful, very polite and professional, as is her staff. Thank you!!

It's a shame I cant give zero stars. Extremely rude and unprofessional manager (Dale). My clothes dripped water on the floor and she had to come and yell at me about it and continued to raise her voice to draw attention. I stated yes ma'am I'm sorry I am aware of the mess and in the process of cleaning it up myself, when she stated you need a damn mop to clean it up and began pushing the mop violently towards my feet.nnI will use a blow dryer to dry my clothes before I ever return to this establishment.nEven the other attendant stated complaints are made and nothing is ever done. So it won't matter who complains about her.

Dale the manager is rude and thanks she can talk to people any kind of way because she the manager. Its amazing they still in business with management with a attitude like her's but I guess you can get away with when there isn't any other laundry mat in that area
