Nikki Walton was the absolute BEST!! She was not the person who filed my taxes but she helped with my JH Serve Card after spending hours trying to resolve the issue myself. She was so kind to help me. She had to help me create a new gmail and access my serve account to help me change my ATM PIN. She truly went over and beyond. I cannot thank her enough. I will definitely return next year to see her.

This office is place i have had my taxes done for over 20 years...until yesterday I had always been treated well there. I went into the office to make an appointment since I was already at town and when I went in the door was unlocked someone was on the phone in the back so I waited for a minute and then another employee came in through the front door and just walked by me without saying a word not a good morning or can I help you so i asked her if I could make an appointment to get my taxes done on Saturday about that time the lady in the back on the phone came through the door and said we are not open yet and did not offer to make me an appointment said it was 10:50 and we don't open til 11:00. #1 I feel if your office is closed the door should of been locked #2 an employee should acknowledge a customer standing in the middle of a room #3 if my 20 years of being a loyal customer is no worth 30 seconds of your time to make me an appointment I will not be back to this office.

Betsy Drew was awesome to work with. Answered all my questions and got me the maximum return possible. Highly recommend her.
