Extra Space Storage is SUPER--and not simply because of the new buildings that are well-maintained and highly secure, but ALSO because this company takes time to hire people like Tony R. at the Four-Mile Run location. Tony is incredibly knowledgeable about the business, and he is really pleasant to talk to, as well! Tony is the kind of competent professional that makes me happy to be a customer! Jerome G

We currently have 5 units here! Tony has helped with each of those units. He has always been professional and courteous. His customer service is next level! I often had to call Tony about something involving one of the units and he was always willing to help me with a positive attitude. The facility and office is always kept clean! I would recommend this place to anyone in this area! Thank you

Top Notch Customer Service. From replacing lightbulbs to support moving in and out Tony has helped us manage several units seamlessly and followed up personally when movers accidentally left one item behind.nWe have had units off and on in several locations and the customer service here and as of late with Tony in particular has been Top Notch! We rate 10 stars!

Very happy with the service here so far. Set a reservation online and the site manager Tony called me next morning to help me finish my reservation. He was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. The whole process was very easy and painless. Highly recommend.
