Didn't come in expecting to rent but was very impressed by the cleanliness and security at this facility. Carla and Yahaira were a pleasure to work with and I recommend them to anyone looking to store in the McLean area. Well worth the price!
2015-2021 I stored my belongings from the passing of my father & mother. The space was so clean and management cared about it’s clients safety & well being. They sterilize the units prior to moving in and twice a day on the elevators & floors. Sanitizer everywhere! Management made me stay because of their congeniality. Store here!
Used this place when my parents were moving. I worked with Carla who was super helpful and friendly when first starting out. In my experience if you don't need to speak with them after that, everything should be fine, and that was my experience. Space was appropriate for what I needed so I didn't feel like I was overcharged for something I didn't need.
I generally have to visit Extra Space Storage once a week for work and have always had a great experience. The staff there are always helpful and fast when I need to purchase more storage boxes. The lady in there today was especially helpful in making sure I got everything I needed.
