The manager on duty made the process very simple and easy. My only complaint is that I ordered a 10 x 10 storage unit and it’s upstairs (I guess the larger ones are all downstairs) and I’m going to be bringing a sofa bed two queen size beds and a dining table. that’s a lot of weight to try to balance on a dolly.
Mr.Gupta was very helpful and did a wonderful job. I recommend this place it’s very good. However there are some people that work here are not so good. So Mr.Gupta is the best choice to help with your public storage needs.
Naedea was very helpful when I spoke with her. She was knowledgeable about all the services and promotions to help clients. She even was able to give me help with the size I would need to rent. Thanks for all your help and patience!
