Very clean and accessible.On-site staff are incredibly helpful and professional. Recently, while unloading two cars worth of boxes and containers,, a staff member asked if we needed another flatbed hand cart, and he proceeded to find one. Very helpful. I would highly recommend the Public Storage at 2818 Merrilee Drive Fairfax, VA 22031. I feel welcomed, valued and respected.

Gupta and Carlos were amazing. They were super thorough and helped me determine the right number of boxes I needed and even helped me strategize on what to purchase to help save me money! They are really great and I highly recommend you come here to get your packing materials! Great job guys!
We have been here since the beginning of January and I love this place. Carlos is the greatest person I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. Any time I go to Carlos I get a the best service no matter the issue. I wish more people would be like him. 5 stars hands down.nnAlso they have a new hire, Anthony and I’m glad he is being trained by Carlos.
Great customer service and great location! Anthony was very helpful in letting me see the different sized storage unit until I found the right one. Price was very competitive as well!
