I had a wonderful experience with this location. Due to the pandemic and hard times, I needed to reduce my monthly payments. Ryan Lynch was very kind to ask the corporate office if there was any way they could lower my rate. He was able to give me two options. One option was to keep my current unit at a reduced price or switch to a smaller unit. He went above and beyond to help me in a tight spot. Zach Swett was also a great help. He helped me with my transfer of unit seamlessly. Great staff. Thank you for your service.

The person working here this evening walked out promptly at 5, padlocking the broken automatic door and locking 6 of us in the building! AND, customer service is making excuses for him?!nWe eventually found a side door to get out, but not back into a facility we are supposed to have access to until 10PM. So we were unable to finish tonight, and will have to go back tomorrow. That person WILL get a piece of our minds! Will be moving our stuff somewhere else ASAP!nIf I could give anything less than 1 star, I would...

The office staff was really nice, the building is spotless and unlikely to attract pests, my unit is easy to navigate my belongings to from the loading area.

Today I rode my bike to this area, and left it in this area without knowing the restriction (my bad). After returning from shopping, I found out that my bike was missing, and could not find it elsewhere. I lost my hope already, but decided to give a last try by going to stores nearby to ask for help. That's how I met Daniel J. Kellogg. It's almost closing hour for him. Even though I am not his customer, he took his time to listen to me, and walk me around to look for the bike. Like a miracle, I found out my bike in a bush while he walk me through an alley! I could never find it by myself under such stress if Daniel didn't extend personal help, and think of all possibilities for me. I feel very grateful for Daniel's help, and believe that Daniel is a very warm-hearted, trustworthy person!
