David and Jay have been very responsive, welcoming and professional. I enjoy seeing them when I arrive each time at the storage facility because they always are friendly and helpful. My unit is clean and safe. I cannot recommend them enough.

I've had my storage unit now for a few months and it's been a great experience. It started with the wonderful and helpful David who answered questions as I was exploring all my options - and when I went in to confirm, he was great again. I had an issue with my lock (my friend lost the key) and he was there helping us. Set up auto payments and it's been a breeze. It's clean (esp. during COVID, I've seen David and others cleaning almost every time I've been by) and feels safe. Has an elevator and several carts to help. Lights could be a bit better within the unit but not a deal breaker. Now my sister is in town and needs some storage and I immediately said, check them out. Will definitely keep referring.

Great service. Easily moved in with my new unit and gate code. Easily moved out with a brief call to the office. Will definitely use Extra Space Storage if I need storage in the future.

The team at Extra Space Storage at Falls Church is superb. Personable, professional, and all extremely considerate and helpful. Jay is amazing and first spoke with him over the phone, he remembered me when I came in person and patiently walked me through all the steps with my ton of questions as a first timer. David, the manager, was super helpful and gave me wonderful tips on the right way to store my belongings, and how to successfully make the most out of my experience storing. Dilsa who helped me with a second unit went above and beyond as well with more tips and she has a great personality, they all do. All very professional but as a caveat honestly enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend this location with their outstanding team’s customer service.
