Express movers are EXCENT! A month ago during the pandemic, my son moved from an apartment to a townhouse, while entertaining 2 small children! I thought that he would have been able to pack up most things prior to moving. However, he was only able to take apart his bed and pack one or two small boxes. A few days prior, I informed Cindy that the movers should be prepared to box his whole apartment, knowing, of course, that this would also slow the move down and increase cost. The crew came with enough supplies to pack everything. They worked almost non-stop with very few breaks and were courteous, thorough and their packing was superb - nothing was damaged or broken. Cesar, the lead mover, was so efficient and helpful, directing his crew of two others to get everything done smoothly. And the final cost was only slightly increased above the quote due to the additional packing required. I understand why Express has received great ratings - they really are excellent.

I first heard of Express Moving and Storage that came highly recommended by my coworker who used their services for her move. So after reading their reviews, I decided to email this company to obtain their estimated quote among other professional moving companies. The owner, Robin, promptly replied back with a detailed list of fees for the total cost. But, see, it wasn’t his quote that was very fair and accommodating; it was his pleasant attitude and his willingness to work with you that mattered the most to me.nnAnd there is a reason this company has managed to maintain a perfect 5.0-star review. Like many of the other reviewers have said, the movers arrived precisely on time. The moving crew was friendly, polite and professional; they took their time to meticulously and carefully pack our items, and they happily listened to our instructions. As deaf individuals – and with everyone wearing masks – you can see how communication was a little challenging for us but they took the time to communicate with us using theirs and our phones. Robin was also very responsive to speak with through text messaging – he really does care about making customers happy!nnIf you are ever in doubt as to whether to hire this moving company, don’t be. You can rest assured knowing that your items and belongings will be well taken care of. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for your moving and storage needs! Other than that, be sure to tip the movers for their hard work during this challenging time!

Express Moving provided stellar service. The owner, Robin, was responsive, accommodating and kind. Rates were extremely reasonable, with no hidden gotchas. The moving crew showed up promptly, maybe even a little early. They were friendly, quick and very professional. Something I didn't think about before the move was the need to disassemble furniture before the move and then re-assemble after the move. The Express crew had all the necessary tools to skillfully take apart and then put back together the furniture without a single glitch. Lastly, the crew carefully wrapped and protected furniture prior to the move. So, there was no damage.nnThis has been my finest experience with a moving company and I heartily recommend Express Moving.

These guys are no joke! I had two movers helping me with a local move. They were not only on time, but early. They very expeditiously wrapped all items in paper and plastic, including chairs, table, mattress, small items, fragile items like glass shelves. They also took apart my bed frame and wrapped the frame pieces individually. They had a separate padded cardboard box for my tv. I am beyond impressed by their service. Cindy Shea helped me with a quote and was very responsive. They also checked in with me the night before to confirm arrival time.

Arrived early, disassembled and reassembled all furniture. Courteous and hard working the whole time. Tripled checked that I didn't need any other help before leaving. Money well spent with such great service. I will happily use again on my next move.
