Worse place to get a referral. If I could give 0 STARS , I would. Their patient care administrator/customer service is awful especially Cassidy. My son was late because of the monsoon outside and couldn't find it. Cassidy told him that he would have to reschedule because he was 10 minutes late. She had a cancellation for the next day and if he didn't take it, it would be another month. Obviously they don't care about their patients health, he could have gotten in an accident and she admitted it's hard to find. So, I asked when you confirm appointments with your patients do you tell them that your hard to find or give directions. She said no. I let her know that she needed to be more proactive and let their patients know where they are, it would helpful to their patients.
