The staff and providers were all awesome! I was able to schedule an appointment and do all my paperwork the night before, which made my visit even faster. I have never had a bad experience at the Gloucester Velocity. They are personable and friendly... which are hard to come by these days.

Every time we have visited Velocity in Gloucester, it has always been a pleasant and easy going experience. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and patient. I really wish every urgent care modeled after this one!!

Dr. Kira has helped me several times now. She seems genuinely concerned, listens and asks lots of questions that show she cares. She also doesn’t rush you through like some assembly line. Front desk, nurse were both great, polite, pleasant and helpful. To top it off I have never had a billing problem there which is really nice.

During the pandemic this facility has been there for my family several times, as our primary doctor could not see us for weeks. Everyone I’ve ever came in contact with at at this facility has been extremely helpful, kind and professional. Other facilities could/should use Velocity as an example of how to properly care for patients. Thank you to all the staff and management for being such a huge asset to me an my community.

Drove out from Chesapeake because we could not get in to any of the Velocity Centers out there and it was absolutely worth the drive. I would gladly make the drive again to come back. Wonderful, friendly and very personable staff both up front and in the back. They were able to get us in and out without feeling like we were being rushed or overlooked. Absolutely love this place!
