Very poorly set up phone system, not able to get a hold of a human and the person on the phone is difficult to hear. This has been the cherry on top of a terrible car buying experience. Don't buy from private sellers folks

Phone options don't allow you to talk to someone unless you get transferred by someone in a different department. Apparently are to busy to allow you to pay your fines. Also aren't doing a good job with updating the website in order to pay fines online. Why are the people who work there in charge of how business ran there if they are doing a poor job?

To talk to a human call the number and press 8 when it starts to give prompts (8/29/19)nnVerrrry wordy phone menus with lots of dead ends and very soft spoken speaker. Once I talked to a real person they helped me get it all straight.

Just not a citizen friendly court.
