We called them for their plumbing skill set and we were super-pleased. Prompt service, efficient and competent people. One older toilet needed a part which they ordered so made another trip very quickly. Both time windows were respected. We could not have been more satisfied.

Definitely recommend - called them in the morning because of a broken water heater, very quick response. The tech (Nathaniel) came out same day and fixed the problem. He also replaced a shower head that we were having trouble with. He was great at explaining what likely happened and what the options were to fix it. I will definitely call them for future needs.

Thomas and Dustin made sure they did their job in a timely manner. They’re one of the best people to be sent out. You can also tell both of them actually care about what they’re doing and don’t mind answering questions. I hope Chandler’s Plumbing and Heating give both of them a raise and the recognition they deserve.

Technician came immediately--made the repair in an exterior furnace room and restored our heat. Called me and explained what was wrong--as I could not be at home--and I could not have been more pleased with the service. Best regards, Ben J.
