Fantastic service! I’d recommend this company to anyone in the Falls Church area. I’ve used The Plumbing Dr twice and both times, the technicians were prompt, polite, and patient in explaining my issue and options for resolution.nnFor my most recent experience, I called asked for assistance with a backed up floor drain (gross). I called at about 12:30pm on a Friday; Brian and Lloyd arrived around 2pm. Brian was thorough in his evaluation and explanation of my likely issue, while also clearly explaining the repair/clearing options. I felt totally comfortable with his level of expertise and recommendations. They had to bring out a different piece of equipment clear the drain and diagnose the issue; our issue was resolved by 7:30 pm that evening. Both Brian’s and Floyd were professional and courteous throughout the entire process.nnFive star performance from both of these team members!

I contacted The Plumbing Doctor because I was so dissatisfied with the work of another well known company. in the area. My kitchen sink was backed up for the third time. I picked this company because of their high ratings in Best Picks Report and that they warrantied their work. Dr. Brian and Dr. Bill came out within a couple hours of my call. They did a complete clean out of all the main lines. All fixture lines were flushed and purged. The work took several hours into the evening. They were were fantastic! I've never met a plumber who loved his work like Dr. Brian! They were very professional and conscientious. I highly recommend them.

We had weak water pressure with our shower head, and a leaky faucet. Plumbing Doctor sent Daniel and Cornelius over to take care of the problems. They replaced the leaky faucet, and quickly identified that the settlements in the hot water heater was the source of the weak water pressure. They drained away the settlements, and replaced the clogged valve. Our problems were solved. Throughout their service, Daniel and Cornelius were very professional, courteous, and involved us in each decision. They also cleaned up nicely before they left. I highly recommend The Plumbing Doctor for all plumbing works.

Daniel and Harold came to our office today and could not have been more professional and easy to work with. We didn't even notice they were here. They followed our covid protocols and were extremely friendly to our staff. The work performed was done exceptionally. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing company in the NOVA region.

Dr Brian and Intern Marcelo were timely, friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. Brian explained everything beforehand and went over the outcome fully afterwards. I was comfortable in having them in the house. It is easy for me to recommend them to anyone who needs such service.
