Well where do I begin? A week or two we had called about another NeuroPT place we found nearby. They took Information down, said “we have Medicaid but working on also getting Medicare as well currently”. They said “that’s fine” and that “we’ll get back to you within the next couple of days”; giving a specific date of Evaluation on November 10... Throughout the days leading up to the Evaluation date we’ve been calling to make sure they’re “talking to insurance”... They said “everything is just about okay we’ll give you a call the day before to confirm the evaluation appointment” but they never called... We called the day before to make sure everything was okay & they said “we’ll give you a heads up tomorrow” but they never did! We called once again on the appointment date of November 10th but they suddenly said “oh we talked to insurance for you but they’re only accepting cash now cause unfortunately you’re out of the loop”. No customer care and dishonesty is always a red flag.
