Updated Review (2/26/2021): This is the place to go if you are in pain, hands down. I've been working with the team at Optimal Performance & Reconditioning for almost three years. Marc and Sarah both exceptional at what they do. I recently worked with Sarah to rehab my neck after an injury caused nerve pain and prevented me from doing daily tasks and my sport. When other practitioners and my PCP weren't quite sure where to go next, Sarah developed a plan that catered to my specific situation. Now, I'm finally able to go to practice and work towards my goals!nn(2019 Review) I've been working with Marc for almost half a year. During this time, he has helped me overcome three chronic injuries that two other specialists told me were impossible to heal or even improve. I am able to go to practice pain free and feel stronger than I ever have. He takes the extra time to explain what's going on and to answer any questions you might have. I will definitely go back to Marc for any additional physical therapy or performance needs.

I am very impressed with Marc at Optimal Performance & Reconditioning. Marc was very thorough in examining me, asking me questions and extremely patient with trying to ascertain what was causing my issues. I feel Marc is very competent and I feel I am with the right Physical Therapist to help me. Marc has been very helpful with communicating with my trainer letting him know exercises I should and should not do as well as writing up an extensive report on my condition which I can share with anyone I may need to see in the future who should know about my back condition. I highly recommend Marc and Optimal Performance!!

Over the years I have had many physical therapists. While I have had several very good ones - Sarah K is outstanding. She is extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable, and shows genuine concern for her patients. She is very patient and often goes above and beyond “in office” treatments. Sarah has also treated my daughter and has rehabilitated her through multiple injuries. She has provided outstanding strength and conditioning regiments – which have helped us both. I can not recommend Sarah enough! Both my daughter and I always knew we were in “excellent hands”!

Best possible rehab care -- after a painful foot injury, Sarah got me back on both feet pain free very quickly. She came up with a perfect treatment plan and is a taping wizard. And is great with follow up and realistic plans. Outstanding! Highest recommendation.

Where to begin! I ruptured my L4 spinal disc a little over a year ago. Consequently, I couldn't walk, sit or sleep without EXTREME pain, and developed a numbness and pain/tingling/burning sensation on the side of my left leg. The pain was so hideous I was pretty sure I had to get surgery, but horrified at the potential side effects. Nevertheless, I faced two options: back surgery (microdiscectomy) or PT rehabilitation. Marc, through verifiable studies, educated me on the full potential of my body to heal from trauma. I'd say had it not been for his education, I would have remained unfaithful of this possibility. I did, in fact, go for the natural healing route. Marc's contribution was critical. He showed me the way, kept my faith up, and offered a network of trusted professionals in the case I needed additional treatments to his. I went from not being able to walk more than a few minutes, to beginning to train for vball a year later!! I was completely terrified when this all started but have ended up blessed in convalescence given his guidance and affirmation of my ability to do so plus a lot of time and patience/faith. (I initially had a daily pain level of 9 but now down to a 4 - still healing) I also like that he is not just an integrated/holistic type of PT but also an athletic performance PT. It was the perfect combo for someone who prefers minimally invasive and natural approaches but wants to reach the full power of sports performance eventually. Thanks Marc!!
