I don't understand why they tru to make you pay for parking if you are only running in to pick up a food order.

The good news is basically it only costs about a dollar to park. The bad news is other than the skating rink there's nothing there to do or see or buy. The mall is DOA. Shame to think so much of my hard-earned tax dollars through Arlington County went to help fund this mall. They don't even have a coffee shop. Run don't walk to Tysons Corner.

KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS. INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT, BE WARNED. At every turn, this office accused me of not paying and denied me services. First, I paid for 7 days access, but they locked me out on the weekends. When I immediately presented the receipt, the weekend workers were unable to fix the problem until the manager came Monday. When each month finished, they denied me service again until I went in with my receipts to confirm payment. When I finished service, they still accused me of not having paid. I supplied my credit card statements to prove that I had paid in full and on time.

My wife and I use to frequent the mall here all the time to see movies. We would park on the yellow level and go inside to the mall. The theater is one floor down from there.

The renovation was long overdue. Nice enough for a parking garage...well lit & the new overhead markers for open spots is great.
