Laz Parking

I left the restaurant a little after 11p. The gate was closed but the restaurant staff had pre warned us to just drive up to it and it would open. It did but then this is where the problem started. The ticket reader would not scan my ticket so I pressed the intercom button to see if an attendant could help me. The first person who answered had me explain the situation only to tell me that her system has crashed and there was nothing she could do for me. Which should have been said before having me explain the situation, but she said she would hang up and for me to just press the button again to get another attendant. I pressed the button again explained my situation again only for the attendant to ask me which parking garage I'm in and to tell me that she is in Connecticut and could not help me. By this time I figured they maybe an after hours call center. I pressed the button again but this time after explaining the situation again and giving my location the attendant just hung up. I pressed the button again. At this point I'm frustrated because I have spoken to 3 people and nobody is helping. I explained the situation again and then BOOM! Somehow the call was disconnected again. This happened 3 more time. I spoke with 7 attendant's and still did not get any help. Finally another car pulls behind me and we were able to come up with a plan so we both can get out.nnThis will probably be my last time using this garage because of the unsatisfactory customer service I received.
