Horrible experience. New machines do not have clear directions. The person two cars ahead took 15 minutes to figure out the machine. By the time I checked out I was into my second hour - and charged accordingly.

Horrible customer service, run by terrible human beings. If you pay for parking here, you better make sure to get out of there fast. Emergencies happen, it ended up taking me an extra 18 minutes to get from the pay station to the exit gate, big deal right? Apparently so, because my $9 all-day parking suddenly became $15 and wanted me to pay an extra $6 at the gate. So $9 all day, then an extra $6 because of another 18 minutes?! The corporate robot slave I spoke to had no empathy whatsoever and could not care less about my situation.nnPark on the street, or park at one of the other garages down the block. This place deserves business from no one.
