Disgraceful. Left something important in my car, and realized it about 30 minutes after I had parked. (Still with 30 minutes to spare before my meeting.) When I asked the guy to retrieve it, he told me that it was four levels down and I could either find the car myself, or wait for another paying customer. We debated. He won. I waited and pouted.nn10 minutes later, five customers came at once and I had to wait for them to be parked before I could get my item. But after they all left, the attendant then made me get the item anyway. With attitude.nnTo boot they left my car unlocked. Park at your own risk.
