UPDATE:nWithin 10 minutes of calling the call center - I received a friendly and processional phone call from one of the managers, Anthony; he was polite and understanding. I went back (9/6) and Leshia retouched up the car. This go around, I did inspect the van and everything looked as it should. I was very pleased with the customer service and end result.nnThis business has friendly employees but more importantly, integrity. That's extremely hard to come by and for that reason alone, I will definitely bring my vehicles back to this location.nn(Original review)nPurchased the manager special for $29.99 and was specific about areas in the van that needed a good cleaning [the areas that my kids destroyed and that I can't reach, I'm 4+months pregnant].nPosted pictures were taken immediately after I got to my next destination.nI should've done a better job inspecting the van before leaving the lot but I needed to get to the bank before picking my kids up from school.nLesson learned!nnOn a positive note, the Windows looked GREAT, car smelled nice and the placemats were even shined!

I don't know why I keep giving this place a chance.They did such a lack luster job even while I was watching. One of the guys looked like he didn't want to be there and it showed in his performance or lack there of.Windows looked like they hadn't been wiped, poor vac job, and I had to point out my wheels/Rems weren't cleaned because they were skimmed over.Mean while the guys cleaning the car in front of me did a great job.I guess it depends on who you get.However, If I'm paying for a service I expect it to be done right.I should have asked for a refund on the spot, but that will be the last $$ I'm dropping at autobell.No more chances.

They did a nice job, I always have to remind them the roll down the window to clean it completely.

Fast friendly folks. Sanitized inside and cleaned whole car in under 15 minutes. Like wow y'all are quick.

If my windows would've been cleaner I'd give 5 stars. Fellas were super nice. Worth the tip!
