I contacted this dealership based off of reviews and they also had a car in stock that I was interested in. I must say this was one of the best purchasing experiences that I've ever had with buying a pre-owned vehicle. Josh was my salesman and Vincent was the manager that took care of everything for me. The receptionist greeted us when we walked. We were in and out in no time. I love my new BMW that my husband purchased from your dealership. If you are planning to buy a used Mercedes , this is the place to go. Phenomenal staff. Josh and Vince were perfect , no high pressure nonsense and it is always nice to buy a car from actual car people who know what they are talking about. The other thing, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this, I was in and out with my purchase in under an hour. They picked me up , had the GL waiting for me, we did the paperwork thing and I was out of there. It’s a beautiful store as well, cool place to hang out on a Saturday. I was traveling on vacation and had engine trouble. Found Auto Haus close by and they were able to check it. It was quick and everyone was so helpful. Because of them my vacation plans were saved
