Interesting displays with lots of information about the timeline and rise of various aspects of illicit drug use. As others have notes be prepared for a lot of reading, supplemented with great pictures and displays to highlight the text.

I thought all the drug history and stats were pretty fascinating. Don't expect any social justice angle here, it's still the DEA museum. Real full color pictures of the deceased, not many but enough, so wouldn't recommend for younger youth (less than 13-14) but that's your choice!

There was more to this museum than I expected. I may need to go back when I have more time. Very interesting and a good way to spend a few hours. There's a fair amount to take in.

This is one of the most incredible places you can see, there you will find a lot of information about how the DEA started its operations against the drug dealers. You can see many things that they have seized. There are also invitations sent by presidents of the United States for the directors that the DEA has had throughout history so that these visit the white house

this is a great little secret in the Washington DC area. We never knew about this and went. Very nice and very educational. It is due to close sometime mid July 2019 for renovation. It's free. You need to find parking on the street nearby.
