The Angelika Film Center is an art-house film theater located in the Mosaic District in Fairfax. this theater only has 8 screens and specializes in independent films/ and the occasional big Hollywood Blockbuster. With an amazing selection of wine and beer on tap or bottle and a decent selection of food. The customer service is amazing and the atmosphere is quaint. consider also has an amazing Lounge on the third floor and will occasionally play classic films in the background. the location for the theater is perfect and provides an abundance of shopping and dining options around you. highly recommended.

Nice theater, comfortable, what is even nicer is all the nice restaurants and stores you can visit prior to the movie. There is also a nice vibe and activity on the street.

Very nice theater with many options. Great location for dinner out and a movie or a movie and late night snack.

I booked a theater here for my husbands birthday (just the two of us) and it was great! No issues whatsoever, and the building is very cool and in a cute area. Would love to have an event here again.

My experience was not good. It started off okay with the friendly door greeter but when we got to the cafe to order some food a short blonde haired older lady/glasses was a bit rude. So first off, although there was no one else around us we felt a bit pressured to hurry up and order. So we went ahead and ordered and I asked twice about ranch dressing and she said they had none! Hahaha, I mean c’mon how could you POSSIBLY not have RANCH? Next we tried to get our beverages and the machine was not working so I asked if it could be fixed. A taller skinny guy came out to fix it and I said thanks and the guy ignored us! When we got our food I saw ranch w/the wings and the lady said, “oh yeah we had to make it”. C’mon it’s no big deal just don’t lie about something like this! The theatre was nothing out of this planet and I still prefer an Alamo Draft-house and/or and IMAX theatre like the one in Alexandria by the Hoffman Center.
