My grandma was very impressed with the service at this Hardee’s but didn’t know how to write a review and insisted I post this for her.nn“I have been wanting to express how so many workers have been exceptional at their jobs during this pandemic in spite of all the inconveniences and adjustments they have encountered. Kaitlyn Saunders at the Hardee’s in Hayes, VA, is one of those people. My husband and I have done a lot of pickup meals since March and this employee is always polite, smiling, so upbeat, has taken the time to learn our names, and even knows what we like to order. Just wanted you to know that she appears to love her job and her customers. Rare qualities in today’s world. Absolutely amazing food and very kind staff. A part of our order was forgotten, but they rectified it immediately and no harm was done.
