Front desk was helpful. Rooms need a little bit of update but overall nice stay!
I wanted to get towels from the yesterday replaced. I called room service (actually all the possible internal numbers) but didn't get the response for 30 minutes. Finally front desk got the call and said 'room service has left so come to the front desk to get towels'. So in this hotel nobody should need a room service during the night? And I haven't seen a hotel in which guest should come down to the lobby to get their towels. When I came down to the lobby I waited again for 30 minutes in line just to get some towels. Magnificent.
A great hotel and convention center. Friendly and professional staff. Concierge, check in and check out was easy. Clean rooms with free parking. Room price is great for its proximity to metro DC.

The lobby is beautiful. The service is friendly. But I wouldn’t come back here. First of all I booked a king room then when I checked in was told they were all out of king rooms. Then when I got to my queen room it wasn’t clean and the bathroom was gross. The shower didn’t even work properly. When I ask to move into another room they stated they were full. Don’t stay here!
