One of the most underwhelming Hilton Properties. It starts off giving a good impression but then you are here a bit longer. Once in the room you notice things not working like outlets and lights and then notice a plug broke off in an electrical outlet.nCleanliness leaves something to be desired, I have stayed at a lot of Hilton properties during the pandemic and they are usually spot on, not this one. They seem to have become lax, hair on the desk, in the bathroom and who knows where else, as well as very poor toilet cleaning.nThe grand finale is that there is NO breakfast, none, nada. There is a coffee machine that give you a half a cup of coffee and there are not even any lids for the cups (yes I asked and seemed to annoy the girl at the desk).nIf your staying in the area spend a bit more and go to a Hilton property that actually represents the brand, especially if your staying more than 1 night like me. Only 1 more night to go!

1) Parking facility is so tight. Hard for family minivan to turn to corner (at the gate and in the parking). I saw the protected iron pole were bent that indicate in the past vehicle(s) hit it when try to get out.n2) check-in / out is excellentn3) coffee machine could be improve. More than 3 guests take coffee at the same time then the coffee machine will run out of hot water. Need to wait few minutes.n4) Room is clean with several quick USB charges outletn5) Window curtain should have another soft layer to let the light come through but not private eyes of outsider

Our stay here was amazing. The staff are doing great with sanitizing the common area and elevators. The room was clean, spacious & comfy. The bed is awesome, better than my own. The bathroom & shower was crazy comfortable. Parking garage is a plus with reasonable pricing. I will definitely be staying here again. Top notch and was not expensive. Bravo to the staff.
