The property and accommodations were very well maintained, clean, and well appointed. In the endless sea of lodging choices there are many options available to the consumer but what sets this property apart is the dynamic staff and management. Janice the GM is courteous and goes the extra mile to anticipate the needs each of the guests she welcomes. She does this all while keeping a professional and customer service centric team. I truly felt extremely well taken care of for the length of my stay. In and often thankless customer service industry it’s truly refreshing to see people who genuinely enjoy what they do and execute the job with a smile and warmth. With that said I just decided to extend my stay thru the weekend. Bravo Janice.

We waited 10 days with a kitchen sink that had no water pressure and an air conditioner that was leaking. Kept being told they would have someone come look at it. They finally came to look at it and said they would need to order the parts. We took another room. Not friendly or very enthusiastic in helping when going to the front desk. It is in a good area. Seemed clean. First experience with an Extended Stay and honestly, not very impressed.

Recently stayed here for a quick overnight. Do not stay, there are loud barking dogs in every room. Our room had a spot light shining into it the entire time. The windows were open when we arrived, with no screen and on the 2nd floor. Due to Covid they dont even have coffee, water bottles or any quick grab foods like advertised. The room cleanliness was okay. TV channels did not work, constantly going out. For the price it was not worth it.

When me and my guest arrived there were half nake females walking around the property. When we went into the building to check-in. There people coming in and out of the building without a mask. The receptionist didn't have a mask on. When we got to the room there was spots all on the sheets. The ceiling was falling, the toilet didn't flush, the room smells very bad, and the tub was dirty. We proceed down stairs to let the receptionist know our issues. While walking through the hallway on the third flood, there were used gloves all on the floor. He then changed our room to a room on the second floor. He still had no mask on. He walked us to our room to make sure there was no issues. When we checked the beds one of them had hair all over it. I was done at that point. I proceed to go down stairs and ask for my money back. He came off like he was upset about me complaining bout how unfit rooms. I had just got off work from working 16hrs and I was tired. I had to drive around looking for another hotel to sleep for the night. That hotel is ran like a low class motel 6. I will not be returning there. And to top it off. I have to wait 10business day to get my money back ud83dude21ud83eudd26‍♀ufe0f
