Its still a work in progress. Its got a few challenges but its a clean budget friendly place. Shout out to Aaron one of the Managers for good customer service and making sure my husband and I were happy.

Clean hotel in a convenient location. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Price was also reasonable. Rooms are nothing amazing but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would stay again.

Good - Great location to visit washington DC, free parking, courteous front desk staff, and clean roomsnnBad - bathroom door does not lock, tub fixtures were old and fragile, free breakfast is namesake and they provide almost nothing except water, apple and muffin

The location is very nice close to everything pentagon city Washington DC Arlington Alexandia parking is available every time calme despite its very close to the hyw always try to book online never step in and book or call cause the price can be doubled inside the unit is looking old especially the bathroom they painted the tiles to cover up what time has done no bad smell which is nice to so if you driving your car and spending much time outside it’ll be nice to have a cheap stay

Just to clarify, This is a MOTEL no HOTEL,nnVery first time in this place and my experience was not the best, I knew from the sec I got there it was not a good idea But that was my only option in that moment, First My key didn’t worked had to wait 20 minutes outside for someone to get a new one, finally the third key worked.nnAfter coming back from a long walk visiting places with my 3 kids, the key didn’t worked again, We waited 2 hours outside because not even the master key would open the door, they had to make couple calls to follow instructions of how to open the door, Apparently breakfast was included nobody mentioned a word about it, I been calling the place to get at least some discount they don’t pick up the phone.nnI wouldn’t recommend this place specially if you’re visiting with the lil ones.
