I would give 0 stars if I could or negative at very least. Big bed bug eggs and black ants in our bed. Had to take apart the whole bed cover just to sleep normally. Paid 80 bucks for trash. Never staying again. The front desk cons you into signing a paper that says no matter what no refund. Plus my door didn't lock. Anyone could come in. Please send the hotel inspection asap
Good price helpful staff rooms are ok could be better
Not clean. Old and not very well kept up. I was afraid to use the shower. It was not clean at all. Never even took my shoes off till I climbed into the bed.
So other than the smell, and literal dirt inside and outside the rooms, they don't have a single luggage cart, from that simple fact you can conclude how low the customer service is. The maid will knock on door at 9 and give trash bags to clean, which I thought was the maids job. and if you dont, when u make reservation, they will not rent to you. There will be a note saying dont rent to this person, however you wont get a call before you show up. their way to get even if u leave a candy wrapper half way in the trash pin. How is this place open and running in fairfax is beyond me
BED BUGS!!!!!!nDO NOT STAY HERE! Awful room and me and my coworker are covered in BED BUG Bites and only stayed there for 6 hours! Management said no refunds and there is writing in the papers you sign saying if you get bud bugs they can’t do anything!
