I work in the hospital a few blocks done the road and when I have to stay in the area due to winter snow this is my go to spot. I work nights and need it to be quiet during the day so that I may sleep. I find this place is very quiet during the daytime hours. The room is warm and cozy. There's enough room to get a work out in there. the only thing is that you have to request a coffee maker, the pot and pans, etc. Nothing is in the room and it's not asked if this stuff would be needed during your stay. So don't' forget to request at least the coffee maker. The people in the front office are so polite and welcoming. The don't offer day rates which is weird being so close to a hospital so you will have to pay an early check in fee which is pricey compared to the cost of the room. But overall, I will still come here cuz I get a good days sleep. Other hotels have housekeeping breaking down your door all day to get in to clean the room. Not good for a night-shifter.
Excellent stay clean room it’s always a pleasure staying here anything I need or ask for I’m accommodated. I would recommend this extended stay to anyone. I appreciate the friendliness and kindness excellent business
Late check in because we needed to go to the hospital next door. Front desk guy was not wearing a mask. I asked him and he brushed it off. He was offensively rude and made it clear by his behavior that I disturbed him. No please no thank you from him. Who hired this person?? Room stunk of cigarettes, smoke detector broken, blood stain on doors. This is clearly the worst! If it weren’t for an emergency we would gladly go somewhere else.nnEmailing corporate about this man.
Extremely Friendly Staff who’s warm welcome matched the clean and comfortable room. I appreciate there eager willingness to help. Joel is amazing offering for unparalleled guest reception.
It was a really good stay, with the kitchen and the free to use pots Andy pans and bowls and plates it made making food so much easier. I would highly recommend them every time.
