Beginning about a year ago, I have brought in the same order of dry cleaning every week. After a few visits, they made a note on my account of exactly how I like my order completed (medium starch, creased sleeves, creased pants below knee). When I visit the staff are friendly, service is quick, and I always leave happy. They have never messed up any of my clothing. Five starsud83eudd17
I lost 3 buttons out of 4 on the inside of my coat, and the whole bag of extra button were gone after the service (include the bag tightly secure to the coat).nAfter reading some of the reviews here, I would recommend only use the service for cheap clothes only!
I love Zips. They're so reliable. They've also introduced a regular laundry service - wash, dry, fold. $0.99 a pound. I think that's a great price.
Best drycleaning deal in town hands down. What made me a loyal customer is they found about $20 in loose bills in one of my suit pockets. When I returned a few days later to pick up my clothing it had been set aside in an envelope with my name on it. That's class!
Will NEVER return. Wouldn't take cash and demanded a 10$ minimum on debit card. Basically expected me to give them $5. Did I mention a little arrogant as well.
