I walked up at 10 pm because it stated that they closed at midnight and they refused my entrance. I figured 2 HOURS is long enough to do ONE LOAD. if they're hours are different then the owner needs to be RESPONSIBLE and make the changes online so people don't waste their time. Aside form that the ladies were extremely rude. And as someone else stated there is NO HOT WATER and they make u pay extra for it. Like why even have the option if theres no Hot water??

NO HOT WATER!!!! If you need your laundry to be washed in hot water for sanitary and other spot cleaning purposes, please make sure you check the machine that you're using or take it somewhere else to be sure. I tried 3 machines and no hot water. The staff couldn't help, so they contacted the manager but sadly, they refused to help. The manager told the staff to tell me that the machine releases hot water only for the first 3 minutes. I've never heard this before, but all I know is that no customers expect only 3 minutes of hot water when they pay for a hot wash. Even if that were the case, I think that is such a unique setting that requires clear notice on the machine to let the customers know what they are paying for. I don't know if the 3 minutes theory is true, but I couldn't test it since the next machine I tried again didn't have hot water, not even for a second. I have items that I wash with hot water for very specific reasons, which I think is pretty common. The argument provided was that, even though it wasn't washed with hot water, since the machine did wash the clothes, they feel no need to offer a solution. I was quite taken back by the response and it was frustrating to reason with them, not to mention the obvious facts, that hot water is a must for some stains and the high importance of sanitizing needs during times like this. All I ask is that they provide an actual hot wash from another machine that works. Since I wasn't getting any help from the manager, I asked for a way to contact the owner, but they refused. At that point, I just gave up and tried another machine, spending almost $30 that day with no luck with hot water. I try my best to be reasonable and understanding, but it does concern me that no one will know that they are not receiving hot wash unless they look for signs like the temperature of the glass window of the machine or whether it fogs up or not. people normally do not question these things. I think it's important to recognize that this is not just a matter of preference, but a matter of health and safety as well. At least put a sign so that customers can decide for themselves whether to take the laundry somewhere else for the items that must be washed in hot water. I completely understand that machines do break down and the staff may not be aware of it, but I'd question the integrity of businesses that knowingly ignore the issues and let the customers pay for it. I really hope that this message helps the business to improve and for customers to be informed.

No hand soap and no hand sanitizers in the store! The worker was notified but didn't care! They should be more prepared in this COVID-19 Pandemic crisis!
