Brand new ownership and management apparently. The past few times I visited, they placed new washers and dryers into the business. They didn't have hot water before but they had it installed today and now offer it. The environment is clean and bright. Looks like I started coming at the right time.
Tried this laundromat outside my condo community to see if it was more time efficient. Unfortunately, every other washer was broken and the dryers were coin guzzlers that would not start unless you paid $0.50 = 10 min). It's not the cleanest either and overall it looks run down. Small washer $2.75 = 22 min on warm water is not bad. But I'll stick to my condo association's small washers for $1.50/was and slow drying cycles. At least, I save the gas and travel back in time.

Love hanging out at this place, everywhere is so clean and bright, love the new machines here, they did a great job for my heavy laundry!
