Ayoub Carpet Service replaced my living room and dining room floor with the luxury vinyl plank flooring. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would not get real wood but for my situation, this was the best solution. Their pricing is competitive with the 2 other companies I interviewed. They did an AMAZING job. The installers were on time, very professional, friendly and detail oriented. The result is beautiful and looks like a wood floor. I am a VERY HAPPY customer. I highly recommend them.

Used them for new carpet installation in basement ~500 sq ft. The quote was initially on the higher side of the quotes I got, but they ultimately got me close enough to the others, and I decided that the small difference in price was hopefully buying higher quality service. This turned out to be true, and I am glad I made that call.nnThe guys were on time, worked quickly and carefully--hardly any marking on the baseboards which I really appreciated. They also went through all the transitions/thresholds with me to discuss options and make recommendations. They appeared not to know about a (very small) add-on item to the contract, and when I mentioned it, they just took me at my word and did it no problem. The install looks great.nnI seldom enjoy working with contractors, but this was probably the easiest and most enjoyable experience I've had. There was a transparent sales process, great communication, zero install issues, and friendly, competent people.

I have had Ayoub Carpet Service clean my area rugs several times. The personnel that pick up and return the rug are always on time, polite and professional. We have some very heavy items they move without complaint. The rugs come back clean and turn around is relatively fast.

First class customer service. We came so close to finalizing our new carpet purchase w a big box store and then we decided to check out Ayoubs.nnBest decision ever......we worked with Aaron who i cant thank enough and no kidding went above and beyond.nnThe install team was icing on the cake, quick, professional, and treated my home as if their own.nnAyoubs carpet has my business moving forward.
