If you have an issue good luck getting it resolved in a professional manner. I used one of the $5 washing machines. It stopped after 15 minutes and only the clothes at the bottom half of the machine were wet. When I told the employee she called the manager and both the employee and manager insisted that I had pressed a wrong button and caused the issue. Poor and unprofessional customer service.
It was great to have a laundromat open at 12:30 AM in these strange times when my 5 year old dryer decided not to work!
Clean machines and lots of them. Prices are good and there’s plenty of parking. It gets busy but there are a lot of machines so people move through quickly.
The facility runs very smooth and is kept clean considering the amount of constant foot traffic on a busy day.nnThe parking situation is a little tight. When we were trying to leave we were pinned a couple times by entering and exiting vehicles.
If there was a way to rate lower I would. This place isn’t where you go if you miss quarters in the machine, need help with cycles, or really any questions. You either need to be a professional laundry merchant who knows how the machines work to get your laundry done here. The woman working was NO help AT ALL. She kept insisting the machine was working fine and showing me how other machines were working. Basically saying I chose the “wrong” machine. She was so rude I feel my clothes got dirtier with her bad attitude. The machine ate quarters and she claimed it was my miscalculations. There are plenty of laundromats in this are, go there instead.
