My laundry is nice and clean and neatly folded every time. I'm glad I found this place. Its great for those of you who hate doing laundry like me lol.
I've been going to this laundromat for about 3+ month, even though I gave a 5-star rating on average the staff and the laundromat is keepted clean with good customer service.nnToday however I use a dryer that did not produce any kind of heat to dry my clothes? for 30. when I spoke with the older female attendant, who I never really seen befor. She told me that it was the amount of clothes I had in the dryer? which is incorrect cuz this is the same amount of clothing I usually wash and dry. and I've never had this problem. I asked her to please touch the machine, it was not even hot it was cold to the touch and the machine was set at high drying level. She told me once again it was amount of clothing I had in the dryer? I told her no ma'am please once again touched the machine it is cold not hot... she advised me to use another dryer. I asked for compensation and she said I'm sorry I have no money for you. I asked her name she hesitated and I told her that that's fine, thank you. I'll just write a review. She then just offered me $0.50 for compensation... Lol
Great, above and beyond cleaners, local owners who came and opened up after hours so I could get my suit out. Very happy with quality of cleaning as well as alterations to shirts and pants. Reasonably priced for Arlington. Very happy to have them so close.
It is quite and clean place.
I'll never use them again. Brought in high $ clothes such as Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfinger, Hugo Boss, etc. Got my clothes back and everything appeared good, however one was missing a button. I didn't bring the shirt in in that condition. Workers are rude, they act like you're a inconvenience to them. My advice is to go to Pershing's Cleaners on N. Pershing Drive.
