The owners are always kind and polite, and they run their shop with integrity.nnA quick story to illustrate this. During the pandemic, the shop has switched to a pre-pay model, so when I dropped off my most recent load of dress shirts for cleaning, I paid for the number of shirts I thought I had counted. When I came in to pick them up freshly-cleaned, the owner also pulled out two dollars, handed them to me, and kindly informed me that I had counted one shirt too many when I prepaid. Would I have noticed this discrepancy? Nope. But it meant a lot that they had the integrity not to take advantage of my mistake.
I’ve been going here for years for dry cleaning as well as alterations. I’ve always been greeted and treated kindly by staff and they are great about getting my pieces back to me on time. They do a wonderful, detail oriented job & I wouldn’t take my clothes anywhere else. Thanks for always being good to me and my clothes Hillwood!
Most friendly and professional service. My clothes came out fresh and cleaner than ever! I trust them with my Supreme and Louis Vuitton items and would NOT go anywhere else.
