Took wedding dress here to be steamed. Originally they quoted me at $100, and then when I came back charged me an extra $20 because they said they mispriced it the first time. The dress was wrinkled, had a couple stains as if stepped on, and the bow did not appear to have been steamed at all. I did better with my own steamer at home! I had to bring it back to them, at this point the day before my wedding. When I handed over to them, the man there dropped it on the floor! They refused to refund me any amount, laughed in my face when I asked. Very unprofessional. Will never be returning here. Cannot believe they handled the situation in this way. I do not recommend. They have bad ratings for a reason.

It would be in your best interest to go elsewhere for dry cleaning. $65 just to get a button fixed on a suit? The people there act nice, but they clearly just want to squeeze every dollar out of you. Avoid at all costs

I'm a happy customer for the last 20+ years of the best dry cleaners in town! The owners, as well as the staff members are as friendly as they come. And the most honest, I had no idea that I left a $100 bill in a packet and I was called immediately to notify me! Great team!!nI NEVER had a problem with my clothes and they're always when promised.nHighly recommended!

We started taking our dry cleaning here after the cleaners near us closed. They were significantly more expensive, which was surprising, but we thought if the did a good job it was fine. And they definitely do a good job of identifying potential repairs, which was nice.nnWhat didn’t work for us was that our dress shirts were coming back covered in fuzz and lint. Also a couple easy to remove stains were not removed, even though we pointed them out at the time of drop off. My husband brought one of the shifts back to them and showed them- along with the fuzz, because we wanted to give them the opportunity to make it right. The person behind the counter asked - in a rude manner, “How can I know that didn’t happen after we cleaned the shirt?”nnWe’re definitely not coming back, and we wouldn’t recommend the cleaners to anyone who cares about and takes good care of their stuff.

Super expensive. Will not use again. I paid $65 for cleaning a suit, sport jacket, shirt, dress and minor dress alterations (which they identified and may or may not have caused)....this place is too pricey for us.
