80% out of orders and no customer service you will lose money
I called this laundromat to ask a question about using the facilities as my dryer died on us mid laundry use. I asked my question but before I got an answer, the call was disconnected. I thought maybe I had called the wrong number and tried again. The same gentleman answered and he confirmed I had called the right number. When I asked if credit card was accepted I was rudely interrupted and told that he was too busy.nnI understand that he may be busy, but the lack of professionalism and poor customer service that I experienced has left a sour taste in my mouth. I will take my business elsewhere. He simply could have asked me to hold or not answer the call at all. I would have been left with a better experience.
No hot water. Was pretty underwhelmed by this place. Won't be coming back.
Decent laundromat. $4.25 for a normal wash in the smaller-sized washers (not including a pre-wash, which costs extra), which took about 40 mins. Then a quarter gives you about 7 mins in the large dryers, which even on the hottest setting took an hour to dry my King-size comforter/duvet, and even then, it wasn't 100% dry. There's a change machine in the back, and drinks and cleaning products and other stuff for sale in the front. If you forget anything, like I did (fabric softener), you can walk to the neighborhood Target just across the road to pick it up. And if you park in the back you can enter/exit thru the back door. Very quiet on a Saturday evening. Awesome yummy chicken next door at Super Chicken.
I had a lot of clothes and bedsheets to wash. The large load washers did the job. It was convenient. I got some Tex-Mex food at El Patron Bar and Grill which was next to the laundromat while my clothes were in the wash.
