Sergio and Dominion Jewelers would be a 10+ from me! Needing an unplanned repair to a two jeweled diamond ring crafted by them almost 10 years ago, scheduling an appointment with Sergio to review repair choices was easy and convenient. Upon selecting an option, it was finished earlier than expected. Scheduling a pick up day and time was almost next day and the finished product is simply stunning!!! I am so happy with my 'new' ring and the manner in which I interacted with all of the personnel. Their attentiveness to customer appreciation and active COVID 19 management made me feel very 'safe' as well as valued. They set the 'gold' standard for me!

We went in with no appointment to create a custom ring and were taken care of right away by a manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to help us make the perfect piece. I can't wait to see it finished in a few weeks.
