Been going here for years and they always seem to help me and listen to my concerns. I’ve seen the doctor and nurse practitioner and they are both the best! Front desk is very welcoming I enjoy saying hi to them when I come in! I recommend all my friends and family to come here.

Doctor is very caring and takes time to hear about my problems. I love going here. Staff are welcoming and nice. I can get blood test and EKG done in the same office. Easy to make appointment. My whole family and I go here. Highly recommended.

Extremely unorganized, poor communication, and highly unprofessional.nnI made an appointment during COVID-19. Upon arrival, I waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes after my appointment time because the front desk staff could not pick up the phone and accommodate. Additionally, This office has not heightened its policies to sanitize to make patients feel safe and comfortable at all.nnMy visit was for an annual physical and routine blood work. This was made clear when I made the appointment; however, when I got there, I was informed there's no phlebotomist due to staffing shortage and I should go to LabCorp... The office could have easily called me ahead of my appointment and offered me an opportunity to reschedule but they failed to do that.nnDespise my rising frustration, I was willing to go to LabCorp and let it all slide until I heard a discussion between the front desk person and the nurse practitioner that was scheduled to see me. As it turned out, they could not see me because I'm a new patient and they weren't accepting new patients. How can such mistake be made when this should be the first person you ask when you confirm appointments? I checked this box online and informed the staff that over the phone. After 30 minutes, all I got was a sad apology that no one could see me since I'm a new patient... Would NOT recommend unless you want to waste your time.

Dr. Viet Nguyen is someone who I can always rely on for any medical reasons. He's been my doctor for several years now and his office is always clean, organized, and staffed with great employees. Would definitely recommend!

Just the kindest and most knowledgeable doctor there is.
