Very fast, very professional, very good service. I have been there quite a bit to utilize their grooming service and have never been disappointed. They send text and email reminders so it syncs with my calendar. They also gave a courtesy call to make sure we were still good because things happen. My dog came back to me so clean that she was complimented by a stranger on the way out. I highly recommend this place.

We have been loyal clients with both of our dogs for 6 years, with no issues. Today we were refused service due to a NEW policy update that we were never made aware of. The policy that is non existent to clients, only verbally stated by their manager states that they will no longer accept dogs with a history of seizures if they are not on medication. Our dog does have a seizure 1-2 times a month, however not enough to be put on medication explained by the Vet.nnWe have always been transparent with our dogs medical history and there has never been an incident in the 6 years we have been bringing her there.nnThis grooming facility failed to communicate their new policy to their loyal clients. We are beyond upset and this situation could have been avoided entirely. There is a huge lack of professionalism and an undermining of quality in their service. We waited two weeks for their grooming service only to be turned around at their door.nnTo fix this, they offered to schedule a service that would avoid her being put in a kennel. The manager stated she believes this will be less stressful. My dog has no issues with being in a kennel. This is not the issue. This would be a $14 increase to our current bill. This was their fix.nnWe are absolutely devastated to lose our favorite groomer but this lack of professionalism and service to loyal clients is unacceptable.

I have visited your store twice as I just moved to Newport News. My first visit was to order a product on line for home delivery. I don't recall exact date. Anthony, your associate, is a phenom!! (I didn't have an email to review him then, however.) He went over, above and beyond to complete my order. He is patient, gracious, effective -- an incredible asset to Petco. I was helped by Celeste when I shopped on 10/24/20. She is delightful and so very helpful! Please convey my sincerest thanks and kudos to both of them. I will continue to shop there because of them. Mgr. Jeremy is also commendable. You have a great team in them! Patti

It is difficult to get a hold of grooming via the phone, I have not tried on line booking. Probably the best.. Staff is knowledgeable and curtious..grooming and store.

The staff inside the groomers and throughout the store are always remarkable. Giving our anxious dog all the space and patience needed to make it a good experience for everyone. The groomers are great with anxious dogs!
