Excellent facilities and even better people.nnIf the bee had knees, and was wearing cats’ pajamas, he’d workout at Capstone to turn into a BEEST
The trainers at Capstone are hands down the best I have worked with in a long time. They create safe and effective workouts that are functional and fun. The time goes by so quick, I am always wishing we had a few more minutes. Great for moms, dads, and kids!
My son trains here on a weekly basis. The team does an excellent job of training him and knows what’s right for his age (12). Coach Brendan really knows how to motivate my son and encourages him to do his best. I can see the results and on and off the soccer field.
The coaches at Capstone are top notch. I would highly recommend the training. My son really enjoys it and his skills have greatly improved.
My daughter came to me and informed me the training was great and she loved it. Which for her means a “10”. We have always enjoyed and appreciated the work the Capstone team puts in.
