Love the planet fitness culture. The professionalism of the staff is high quality. They are always observing the area for safety, security, and the welfare of the patrons. Well managed and do more, and offering more, than most fitness centers I've attended especially during the current pandemic. I am 100 percent satisfied I made the right choice to be a member of planet fitness. Great job.

I have a new perspective here and the staff is awesome now and very helpful. A young lady in the morning actually went above and beyond to save a stairmaster for me as I as waiting for one last week. Overall, I am impressed with the new staff and must say Planet Fitness is the cleanest gym I've ever worked out in. I have been to locations in PA,FL and VA and always so clean!

As of 10/27/2020, they are relocating to replace the Gold's Gym right across the street from the Eden Center! In the Guitar Center area also close to Castro's Bakery. I called and they will reopen the new location on 11/1/2020. Looking forward to the move! No more having to deal with the pot holes & delivery trucks from behind the Eden Center. I imagine the infrastructure will also be better and no more (or at least not as much) leaky ceilings, buckets, & pools of water blocking exercise areas.

I can never go through the 30 minute circuit without people jumping in and doing sets on machines when there are signs right there stating it’s reserved for people doing the circuit. I had the same problem at the last location across the street. It’s quite annoying. Either make the signs clear and concise or don’t even have the circuit. Other than that, it’s in a much better location and very spacious.

I helped my mom sign up for a membership to this gym in the morning. She went to the gym in the evening and took her phone to show the front desk the contract, just in case they couldn’t find her membership. The front desk staff was extremely rude and kept insisting that my mother give them her password and email to her account. However, the sign up process only asked for an email to send the contract to. Regardless, you don’t ask anyone for a password. Even worse, the front desk staff told my mom to take her phone to the store so they could change the language to English. I’m still trying to figure out what her preferred language to her phone has anything to do with her gym membership.nnPlanet Fitness, I suggest you train your staff. Her interaction with the staff was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend and will be helping her cancel her membership.
