UPDATE: More recently they've started to get lax on mask enforcement. Unless I say something, then they fix it, but lose two stars because even when they're training someone or standing next to them they don't say anything unless I do. I've always liked this gym. It's clean, lots of equipment and big. But now due to covid-19 they are even better. They are strict about their mask policy and as Respiratory Therapist, it's great to know I can work out here a little easier. I've actually cancelled my LA fitness membership because of it. Stay safe.
To say the least, this organization has one of the best hospitality by far. Been a member for 4 months and unfortunately had to end my membership because I’m moving and there’s no 24 hr fitness otherwise I wish I could take this particular gym with me. The staff is always helpful such as mr. Andrew and one of the manager miss Jennifer. Thank you!
This location had some of the best group fitness instructors in the NOVA area. I had to cancel my membership in May 2020 due to COVID-19 and I would have reinstated this membership had they not continued to charge me while they were closed during pandemic restrictions. I wish things could have been different. I used to really enjoy this gym!
I've been going to this gym for three years now and it's my favorite facility in the area. They have done a good job at keeping the facility clean and enforcing the mask policy during covid times. The staff at the falls church location are very courteous, understanding, and kind. I would highly recommend this gym!
Do NOT SIGN UP! I canceled my membership 2 years ago...(Tysons location) and of course they’re out of business and that gym doesn’t exist anymore.. but still charging me $49.99 every month!nDO NOT SIGN UP!!!
