I am very surprised to see all the negative reviews. I went here for an oil change. I was seen right away by a very kind latino gentleman. I waited inside. While I waited the cashier offered me water a gentleman brought me a seat. They were all so kind. The gentleman that changed my oil even took the time to explain to me how to check the fluids in my car. I thought he was very kind for doing this. I had an excellent experience.
The owner is a grouch and a curmudgeonn... he doesn't believe in customer service and satisfaction... I brought my vehicle back to get inspection approval and he told me to come back tomorrow even though the inspector was still in the stationnnThe inspector was kind enough to complete the inspection and applied the decal to let me go happily back home
I went to this gas station specifically to use my Giant fuel rewards. At pump #7, I entered the loyalty number and confirmed to apply it. The discount didn't apply. When I asked the cashier about it, he responded I must have done something wrong and dismissed me rather unprofessionally. When I asked how I would report an improperly working pump, his response was even ruder than the previous time, and he agitatedly told me to contact Shell.
Very rude lady at the counter. It was very clear that she didn't want to move from the chair to register to key in amount for gas. She even offered me to take my business elsewhere and I was happy to!
I’ve literally never been able to get gas from here. What even is the point if being open if you’re never working.
