Sunoco Gas Station

I always come here if I need any inspections and or small things done to my car. The guys who work here are genuinely nice and know their stuff. They are always professional and it is evident from how clean they keep their shop.

I've been bringing my cars here for about 2 years. The owners and mechanics are honest and that is what you want most when it comes to dealing with your car. My other family members bring their cars here and I tell my friends to as well. I wouldn't go any where else or to a dealership. Best service and prices around!! 5 stars!!

Scam artists. Extremely dishonest. Beware.nnI went for a state inspection and failed because I was missing my passenger door handle and told me they could fix it. Their initial estimate was $270 including parts and labor. I had the original handle but was missing a part that keeps it from popping out. I pick it up and realized that they charged me $70 to pop the handle in, still missing the part that keeps it stable (why I wasn't driving around with the handle on the outside). I could've done that myself and not waste my time and energy going back and forth. I did get a refund because of how obvious the situation was.nnLooking back now, I realized they scammed me before. I had brought my dad's jeep in last year and failed an inspection because of a broken seat belt. They charged me over $1,000 to replace the seatbelt with a junkyard belt.nnPeeking at the other reviews, it seems as if many of the 1 star reviews are coming from Asians. I'm an Asian woman and look fairly young. If you fit my description, look elsewhere. I suspect there is some racial bias here.nnAlways get a second opinion.nIf you want great and honest service, go to BP station on Chain Bridge in McLean. They've always given me honest service and are pleasant to speak with.

Honest and professional. Reasonable prices, and prompt service. Also they provide state inspections. They have every quality you want in a mechanic shop. Will be a repeat customer

Do not trust this gas station…nMy car was had issue on Saturday and my wife took it to this gas station.nThey told her car has issues and they have to order parts from BMW to fix it. They also said we cannot do anything until Monday when they receive parts from dealership. The manager said they charge us $720+ while BMW charges over $2000 to fix the car.nMy wife called me to tell me about it- I called BMW and were said the car is under warrantee and I just have to pay $100 deductible (when I asked how much does it cost if warrantee was not in place, BMW told me- under $780) – therefore this Sunoco gas station lied to my wife.nI called the gas station immediately and asked the manager “please do not work on my car because it is under warrantee with the dealer and I need to take it to BMW dealership”. The manger told me, they are already closed and I can pick up the car on Monday. On Monday morning (8 am) I called to go and pick up my car; the manager asked for $228 to release the car. I was shocked and I asked him why???? He replied because we were going to start to fix it and we spend about 2 hours’ time on it. They made us to pay $228 for 5 minutes of their time to say the car’s battery does not take charge and they have to change belt and pulleys for the car. That was just a rubbery … ((I talked to some experts and they said- by looking under hood of the car any mechanic could say what is wrong with the car”.nI highly advise you to avid this gas station. They are rude, dishonest, and unprofessional and try to rip off you on car repair.nI am going to comply to Better Business Bureau.
